Concept project for the benefit of Desert Aire! When Ross and Harry Davidson developed Desert Aire, they set aside a large commercial property intended for future commercial services that would benefit the residents.

We believe Desert Aire is ready!

This is an important opportunity for Desert Aire residents to express their opinions on the types of services they would like to see.

Our current concept is a mixed-use project in the pre-Lim process. Concept units would range from 1500 to 3000 square feet up and down. Each second-level unit would conceptually have territorial river views, with private rear garages and private owner access with elevator options. These Mixed-use units could include 1000-3000 square feet of retail business opportunities. This community is adjacent to the Desert Aire community outside the residential HOA.

Our unique zoning protects these commercially zoned properties with retail and short-term rental opportunities without HOA intervention. This development will have a private community pool with bar and restaurant services. This community is projected to have 15-20 units that could feature wine-tasting bank services, food delivery, and health services related to all community needs.
